When the orchid bloomed...

It was the night of the storm, when lightning lit up the skies and thunder roared mightily.

The white orchid broke out into profuse blooms the next day.

The fragrance covered the entire city and

she floated by at sunset,

Her eyes shining, her hair flowing,

In the city beneath, the white walled city,

Did anyone see her, I wonder…

The storm in my city, my orchid blooms, their heavenly fragrance and my paining wove themselves into a story. I am happy to share it with all of you.

  2. If storms in the white walled city awaken so intriguing a presence, floating throughout the land, understood by the subtle scent of her fragrance, her silky strands streaking the night sky, then look to the clouds, and hope they collide, for the drama to begin, once again.

Lovely post. Enjoyed my visit, thank you!
