Need to paint !!
I have been painting on paper using an ink dropper that my
son bought for me, and accentuating with watercolors.
I enjoy the process so much, it involves no thinking on
my part, just drawing whatever comes to mind or rather, wherever the dropper
takes me.
I created quite a few faces, teapots, and plants…
I liked it so much that I am thinking of continuing to draw as
many of these faces as I can.
Thank you for the opportunity to join all the other super creative people on these sites!
Painting is something that I find time to do every day. Sometimes blogging
about it doesn’t happen!
The more I paint, the more I realize I want to paint more and
more!
Familiar?
Happy creative weekend to all of you! Also sharing my work with Show and Tell Saturday at
Does anyone think that any of my paintings are good enough to be bought, if I put it up to be sold?
That does sound familiar... :)
ReplyDeleteLove this fun process you describe and show!

ReplyDeleteHi Za. Thank you for liking my quotes. I'm really enjoying your style of work. Your faces are very interesting. Nice job. Thanks.:)
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful paintings done with an eyedropper!! Happy PPF
ReplyDeleteA novel technique I especially like the tea pot one. Any painting is good enough to put up for sale, You cant predict what people will like. I have had paintings that I thought were rubbish sell and paintings that I thought were good not sell. So give it a go.
ReplyDeleteVery expressive and interesting portraits. Great technique!
ReplyDeletelovely pieces and very creative with the ink dropper too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! You could always try out a site like etsy for selling your work!
ReplyDeletehello,
ReplyDeleteeach one is charming and fun. i love that your son gave you art supplies and you are playing with them. lovely weekend to you ~
I love the little teapot! It's always fun to play with new art supplies.
ReplyDeleteLove the different expressions on these faces :)
ReplyDeleteThis is an interesting technique! I like the combination with the watercolours. About selling your work I'd say: GO for it! As Sharon said before: you can't predict what people will buy, and there will always be people who like your work enough to buy it. You just have to find them and for that you just have to try out different venues. I think these faces would look great as cards.
ReplyDeleteGreat work, I like your technique using an ink dropper and your results are lovely, I would put them for sale, whats the worst that could happen?.... I like Denthes idea of making cards
